Regent’s Parking Garage

Directions to the Regents parking garage from the main gate:  Turn right onto campus 
at the main gate of the University from US 1 (you’ll see a low red brick wall, guardhouse, 
archways, etc.) Stay to the right and make the VERY FIRST RIGHT TURN onto Paint 
Branch Drive. Go to the first stop sign.  Make a left onto Stadium drive.  Proceed to the 
next stop sign, continue through the intersection (Regent’s Drive).  The parking garage is a 
redbrick building on your left, our building is just about across the street on your right.
Directions to the Regents Parking Garage from Stadium drive entrance.
After entering the University from University Boulevard go three-quarters of the way 
around the traffic circle right in front of the stadium and turn right onto Stadium Drive. Be 
very wary of pedestrians and bicyclists as you come around the blind curve. Following 
Stadium Drive around, you will come to a stop sign at a cross-walk. Continue until you reach 
the parking garage just ahead on your right.

Paint Branch Visitor Lot
Directions to the Paint Branch Visitor Lot from the main entrance:
Turn right onto campus at the main gate of the University from US 1 (you’ll see a low red 
brick wall, guardhouse, archways, etc.) Stay to the right and make the VERY FIRST RIGHT 
TURN onto Paint Branch Drive.  Continue on Paint Branch Drive until you reach Technology 
Drive.  Turn left onto Technology Drive, the visitor parking lot is just ahead on your left. 
Directions to the Paint Branch Visitor Lot from Stadium Drive entrance:
After entering the University from University Boulevard go three-quarters of the way 
around the traffic circle right in front of the stadium and turn right onto Stadium Drive. Be 
very wary of pedestrians and bicyclists as you come around the blind curve.  Stay on 
Stadium Drive (you will cross over the intersection Stadium and Regent’s drive) until it dead 
ends at  Paint Branch Drive.  Turn left and continue on Paint Branch Drive until reaching 
Technology Drive.  Turn left; the visitor parking lot is just ahead on your left. 



Stadium Drive Visitor Lot
Directions to the Stadium Drive Visitor Lot from the Stadium Drive entrance:  
After entering the University from University Boulevard go three-quarters of the way 
around the traffic circle right in front of the stadium and turn right onto Stadium Drive. Be 
very wary of pedestrians and bicyclists as you come around the blind curve. Go  around 
circle and go to the right. The Stadium Parking Garage is just ahead on your right.


Directions to the Stadium Drive Visitor lot from the main entrance:
 Turn right onto campus at the main gate of the University from US 1 (you’ll see a low red 
brick wall, guardhouse, archways, etc.) Stay to the right and make the VERY FIRST RIGHT 
TURN onto Paint Branch Drive. Go to the first stop sign.  Make a left onto Stadium drive.  
Proceed on Stadium drive past Byrd Stadium on your left.  The parking garage is just ahead 
on your left. 
Notes on the visitor lots:
 Paint Branch Drive/Stadium Drive Visitor Lots –  Rates are $1.00 per hour with an $8.00 
per day maximum.  This facility is open Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; and 
Fridays, 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.  Parking coupons for this lot will be distributed at the 
meeting.
